Payment is to be made at the time of service however, we do offer VetPay which provides pet owners with the option to pay veterinary expenses over time without the worry of high upfront costs. 

We have a No Show Policy to ensure the smooth running of our clinic, as well as availability of appointments. We ask that all patients advise us if they are unable to make their appointment. Clients that fail to attend their appointments without notice will be required to pay a no show fee of $45.00 at their next appointment.
